We use a "Flat-Rate" pricing book for all our Residential repairs and installations. Instead of pricing by the hour and then adding for materials, the technician diagnoses the problem and looks up the price for the repair in the Flat-Rate book and gives you a firm quote before any work starts. This "Flat-Rate" approach eliminates any surprises for our customers.
